Hang Glide Chicago offers powered Ultralight lessons in an open cockpit Kolb Mark III, side by side tail dragger Ultralight that we use as our tow plane.  Our primary goal is to develop and train tow pilots for our hang gliding operation, but to also teach new pilots the fun of flying.  We will soon have access to the entire New Kolb aircraft line of fine planes for Kit-builders. And for those of you who don't have the time we will have access to Kits under the 51% Rule.

We have a number of highly qualified U/L instructors available.  And will have access to Both Tractor and Pusher Style U/L's.  By the time the season starts I'LL have my instructor rating and will be able to start training students.

At Hang Glide Chicago you will get quality instruction that will develop excellent skills to fly most Ultralight aircraft. Although our specialty will always be hang gliding we can train you in the Ultralight aircraft of your choice.
