Tandem tows down to 10 minutes!

August 5, 2000 -- Jeff and Joey have been working at getting Tandem tow times down and have broken the 10 minute barrier several times now. With the new Climb Prop we're towing out at 300-400 FPM with a tandem glider and 700-900 FPM with a solo glider at 28-30 MPH IAS!. If your next in line and watching the tow and think you can get ready in the time it takes the TUG to get back down, think again. From release at 3,000 feet to being ready to tow the next pilot is taking less than 90 seconds!!!!! Occasionally under 60!!!!
