HGC makes no warranties as to its rental equipment.  Pilots are responsible for thoroughly examining all equipment before use.  All pilots are required to show their current, valid USHPA membership.  All rentals are subject to HGC's Terms and Conditions, and all Pilots are required to sign waivers at the field before flying.
